Hip flexor injury sidelines Alfredsson
Captain Daniel Alfredsson is once again out of the Ottawa Senators‘ lineup with the same hip flexor injury that forced him to miss a pair of games two weeks ago according to TSN.ca.
Alfredsson will miss Thursday’s game against Boston, and will likely sit out Saturday’s game in Toronto.
But there is good news on the injury front for forward Dany Heatley, whose status is day-to-day and has been cleared for some light contact and drills.
